Early Life and Career
Tohre was assigned to DS12 after several incidents made it clear that someone with a fine understanding of the law was required, and it was an assignment he jumped at, becoming a valued member of both Admiral Necheyev\'s, and later Admiral Knapp\'s senior staff. He is a skilled investigator as well as remarkably skilled at reading people, even though he tests negative for psionic ability. This is the reason he agreed to a brief detached duty before takig up his new position as the head of the JAG Office in Sector 438 to help Kingsley assess her staff and those in power on Tahn\'Los when she assumed her position as Ambassador.
Family and Personal Life
Tohre is a native from one of the earliest Earth colonies in the Alpha Centuri system. Although still genetically human, the culture diverged enough that they consider themselves separate, something Tohre takes great pride in remembering. He followed the family tradition of going to law school, but surprised everyone when he joined Starfleet Academy in order to achieve this.
